Job summary
Life Time is seeking a skilled Stylist to deliver haircuts, coloring, and treatments while guiding clients on products and services. You will perform a range of services, educate guests, and promote LifeSpa offerings, with commission-based earnings and minimum wage as a base.
Ideal candidates have a cosmetology license, completed cosmetology training, and 1–3 years of styling experience. This full-time on-site role includes extensive benefits and opportunities to grow within Life Time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Cosmetology school completion and license required.
- 1–3 years of stylist experience preferred.
- Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
- Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and related figures.
- Physically capable of sitting/standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized hair services and treatments per client needs.
- Educate clients on LifeSpa products, services, and treatments.
- Stay current on hair analysis, maintenance regimens, and trends.
- Promote LifeSpa products, services, and treatments.
- Maintain salon workstation and stay certified with ongoing training.
- Remain up-to-date on certifications and new industry trends.
