The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of stylist experience, a completed Cosmetology program, and a current state license to provide high-quality hair care and client-focused service in a bustling club environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Cosmetology school completion is required.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments meeting clients' needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Acts as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance while staying current in style and techniques.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Stays current on certifications and trends; keeps work stations salon-ready.
