Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Stylist to provide hair services such as cuts, perms, coloring, highlights, and foiling, enhancing guests’ club experience and driving sales of services and products.

The Stylist will educate clients on LifeSpa products and treatments, stay current with trends, and maintain salon stations to Life Time standards. 1–3 years of experience and a cosmetology license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completed Cosmetology school is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Maintains work stations to salon standards.
