Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Supervisor to oversee the operation of designated premium areas. You will lead frontline staff, uphold policies, and partner with the Premium Director to ensure top-tier guest experiences in a high-end environment.

This part-time role requires a proactive, organized individual with 2–4 years in similar settings, capable of managing fast-paced service, and holding CA Serve Safe and RBS certifications. Hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location.
• High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• Must be proactive, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned premium areas and lead frontline staff.
• Coordinate with customer service to improve the guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory practices and cash controls.
• Work with team across departments to meet service levels and events.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in work areas.
• Work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
