Levy, serving Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD, partners with Compass Group USA to provide premium guest experiences. The Premium Guest Experience Supervisor will oversee concessions, catering, premium, and related services, ensuring top-quality products and attentive service at the stadium.

The role involves inventory control, staff supervision, compliance with policies, and coordination with the event teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
