Job summary

Levy, a part of Compass Group USA, operates concessions at stadium venues and is seeking a capable leader to manage multiple stands and ensure a superior guest experience.

The role oversees daily operations, guides team members, handles menu familiarity, inventory, cash handling and safety, and performs related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Summary
