Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of Outside Services, including cart staging, bag room, driving range, first tee, and practice facilities.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate Outside Operations staff to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Ensure golf carts are cleaned, charged, stocked, staged, and maintained to resort standards.
• Oversee bag storage, rental club inventory, driving range setup, and practice facility presentation.
• Coordinate daily staffing assignments to ensure efficient coverage and operational flow.
• Monitor pace of play and collaborate with the Starter/Player Assistant and Golf Shop for seamless experience.
• Train new team members and reinforce service, safety, and operational standards.
