- Own van and professional-grade tools.
- Insurance or willingness to obtain.
- Maintains clean and organized work areas.
Responsibilities
- Install hardwood floors per approved scope.
- Sand and refinish hardwood surfaces.
- Apply stains and protective finishes.
- Protect job sites and complete work cleanly.
