Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers in English.
• Active business entity registered with Division of Corporations / SunBiz (FL relevant).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proper insurance coverage (General Liability, Commercial Auto, Worker's Comp or exemption).
• LEAD LLRP & LEAD Firm certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and tools.
• Proven flooring installation experience: Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, and Hard Surface.
