Rightstep Flooring NC is seeking a driven Field Superintendent – Flooring to lead residential flooring installation projects in the Raleigh area. You will coordinate field operations, supervise crews, and ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards for homeowners.

This hands-on role rewards clear communication, organized job sites, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work start-to-finish. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with in-person field work and daily travel
