Star Interior Resources is seeking a Flooring Sales Project Manager to assist in all phases of flooring projects, ensuring successful completion and final billing. You will link Sales, customers, vendors, installers, and accounting, while building your own book of business and selling flooring products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience and understanding of sales processes.
• Knowledge of flooring products (carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP) and software tools.
• 1–2 years construction management for end-to-end projects.
• Strong communication with all staff levels and external resources.
• Self-starter with motivation, organization, and proactivity.
• Creative problem-solver in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all flooring project phases until completion and final billing.
• Serve as communications link among sales, customers, vendors, installers, and accounting.
• Build a personal book of business and sell flooring products.
