Job summary

Star Interior Resources, a leader in luxury design and flooring, is seeking a Flooring Sales Project Manager to drive projects from initiation to billing and to grow a personal book of business.

You will act as the communications hub among sales, customers, vendors, installers and finance, while showcasing knowledge of flooring products and management tools. The role offers growth within a respected team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Sales processes knowledge; 1-2 years commission-based sales.
• Flooring products knowledge including carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP; ability to learn CRM and MS Office.
• Construction Management: 1-2 years; oversee large customer projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication; self-starter; proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of each flooring project until successful completion and final billing.
• Serve as communications link between Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installation subcontractors, installation supervisors, and accounting.
• Build your own book of business and sell flooring products.
