Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Strong guest service and hospitality to engage with guests and make recommendations.
• Able to multitask, manage time, and maintain bar cleanliness and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization; wash glassware and sanitize surfaces.
• Restock supplies, monitor ingredient levels, and reduce waste.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Follow alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management for smooth service.
• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere while staying professional.
• All other duties as assigned.
