Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of buildings clean and orderly including lighting fixtures, floors, walls, windows, and common areas.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, stairs, and locker rooms; polishes surfaces and dusts furniture.
• Empties trash and cleans bins; transports waste to disposal area.
• Assists with basic maintenance and safety compliance as needed.
