Event Source is seeking a Facility Cleaning Specialist to maintain a clean, safe environment in a warehouse setting in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on bathroom, lunchroom, and common-area cleaning, with attention to safety and company values (CART).

The position is part-time (20-25 hours/week) with a pay range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour. The candidate should be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work independently with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Predictive Index assessment, background check, and drug screen required.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize six bathrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain two lunchrooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators.
• Keep the Design Center clean, organized, and presentable for clients and visitors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
• Replenish restroom and lunchroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of needed repairs or supplies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned.

The Facility Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, including bathrooms, lunchrooms, Design Center, and common areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize six bathrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain two lunchrooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators.
• Keep the Design Center clean, organized, and presentable for clients and visitors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.

Work Conditions:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.

Schedule and Compensation:

• 20-25-hour workweek.
