Carp’s Complete Exteriors in Omaha, NE is seeking a driven Outside Sales Consultant to meet homeowners and guide them toward premium exterior remodeling solutions—siding, roofing, windows, and doors. You’ll work to build value over price and follow our proven sales process.

This is a 100% commission role with company-provided leads, a company truck, gas card, phone, and health insurance options. Our top performers can earn $300,000+ annually, reflecting performance and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably high-ticket or in-home sales.
• Experience selling $20,000+ projects or other high-value products/services.
• A competitive personality and strong desire to achieve.
• Confidence asking for the sale and handling objections.
• Ability to sell value without relying on discounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Consultative In-Home Sales Presentations to homeowners, recommending premium exterior solutions.
• Follow a Proven Sales Process using CRM, estimates, and sales tech; document every step.
• Manage Opportunities from appointment to contract with accurate proposals and margins.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with company-generated leads and referrals.
• Maintain measurable performance against KPIs and improve closing rates.
• Become an expert in selling premium products, financing, and craftsmanship.
