You will generate leads, conduct in-home consultations, present proposals, and close deals while earning a guaranteed base pay of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions and an annual earning potential of $100,000–$200,000+ based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing-related fields preferred.
• Open to recent graduates and those from outside construction.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn exterior products and financing programs.
• Comfortable using CRM software and sales tech.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from company-provided leads and referrals.
• Conduct in-home consultations and property assessments.
• Sell high-ticket exterior remodeling projects.
• Educate homeowners on products, warranties, financing, and timelines.
• Prepare and present accurate proposals and estimates.
• Guide customers through the sales process to closing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up regularly.
• Build lasting relationships leading to referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with production and project teams for a smooth experience.
• Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
