Job summary

TAO Group Hospitality is seeking part-time team members to deliver professional food and beverage service in a high-volume Las Vegas venue. You will interact with guests, manage orders in the POS system, and work with a supportive team to ensure a superior hospitality experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are able to move quickly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly
• Must maintain a positive energy throughout the day
• Must be able to print legibly for staff and guests
• Must kneel, bend and stand for extended periods
• Must move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs
• Team-oriented and able to work with varied staff
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Actively takes orders and provides full service
• Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages
• Inform guests of specials and prices; note allergies or dietary restrictions
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Follow supervisor directions and support coworkers as a team
• Maintain knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its venues
• Complete opening/closing procedures and daily side-work
• Participate in pre-service meetings and training sessions
