Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time team members to deliver gracious hospitality and high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced venue setting. You will interact with guests, take orders, prepare and serve items, and handle transactions with efficiency and courtesy.

Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, strong teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods while moving quickly in a dynamic venue

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Experience in hospitality operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm hospitality and prompt guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Take accurate orders from guests in the queue and process transactions.
• Have in-depth knowledge of menu items to answer questions confidently.
• Perform opening, closing and daily side work tasks.
• Maintain clean surfaces, equipment, and workstations.
• Restock items to meet minimum stocking levels and organize displays.
