Responsibilities include serving at catered events, table setup, breakdowns with the team, and adhering to safety practices in various weather conditions. Fluency in English and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs - to unload and re-load necessary equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from events.
• Speak fluent English and write basic English.
• Must be okay working in a smoke-free environment.
• ServSafe and bartending certifications a plus.
• 2 years of fine dining or catering service experience, preferably in a high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests needs and serve fine dining style catered events
• Prepare guest and buffet tables by setting linens, décor, napkins, plates, etc.
• Participate in event break down with the rest of the service team
• Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
• Show up on-time, in uniform with a positive attitude
• Be prepared to work in all types of weather - events can be indoors and outdoors
