Job summary

Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated full-time Event Bartender to join our bar team. You will set up portable bars for club events, prepare garnishes, and mix both classic and craft cocktails while keeping the bar well stocked and organized.

The role requires 1+ year bartending experience, TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to lift up to 90 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of bartending experience in a restaurant or club (club experience is a plus).
• TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
• Ability to create classic and craft cocktails.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up portable bars for club events and ensure proper stocking and organization.
• Mix and serve classic and craft cocktails while maintaining records and health standards.
• Collaborate with team members and managers; participate in inventories and staff meetings.
