Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Multi-Outlet Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will craft handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages while building genuine connections with members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, bartending, or barista setting.
• TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications.

Responsibilities

• As our Multi-Outlet Bartender, craft cocktails, beer, wine and specialty beverages while building connections with members.
• Prepare and stock bar areas, monitor inventory, and assist with club events and functions.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, organized workspace and deliver exceptional service.
• Support club operations across the Terrace Bar and other areas as needed.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As our Multi-Outlet Bartender, you will create memorable experiences by serving handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages while building genuine connections with members throughout the club. You'll prepare and stock bar areas, monitor inventory, recommend food and beverage pairings, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with club events and special functions. As you collaborate with teammates and support members' needs, you'll help ensure every visit delivers the exceptional service Austin Country Club is known for. Throughout each shift, you'll balance hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A MULTI-OUTLET BARTENDER?

We're looking for someone who can work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, club events, and occasional split shifts. Shifts typically range from 4-8 hours. While most shifts will take place in our new Terrace Bar, flexibility to assist throughout club operations is required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GE
• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, bartending, or barista setting
• Club experience is a plus
• A base knowledge of Beer, Wine & Liquor
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• TABC and Texas Food Handlers certifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentable
• Fast-paced

• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to create classic and craft cocktails
• Ability to Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
