Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Server for its Coterie dining venues. You will engage with residents and guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a luxury setting.

Two to three years of server experience, plus fine dining, food handling, and alcohol awareness certifications, are preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience as a server, Fine Dining experience preferred.
• Food handling certificate where applicable.
• Certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees.
• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Anticipate resident’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant operations, table setup and dress code.
• Work closely with the F&B Director and/or GM to keep residents satisfied with food and beverage programs.
• Set tables in accordance with standards.
• Serve meals and beverages as requested.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor regulations and ensure compliance.
• Process payments through the POS and assist with events and banquets.
