Job summary

Coterie Senior Living is hiring a server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests in a fine dining setting. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, manage payments, and maintain a polished dining room.

Requirements include 2–3 years of server experience (fine dining preferred), food handling certification, and an alcohol awareness certificate. Strong teamwork, organization, and communication are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a server; fine dining experience preferred
• Food handling certificate where applicable
• Alcohol awareness certificate where applicable
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees
• Minimum age 18 to serve alcohol and 21 to pour

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service to residents and guests
• Take food and beverage orders and serve meals and drinks
• Manage payments through the POS system
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and setup
• Coordinate with F&B leadership to ensure resident satisfaction
• Assist with events, banquets and theme meals
• Adhere to safety, liquor laws and brand standards
• Support teamwork and stand-up pre-meal meetings
