Atria Senior Living is hiring servers to provide top‑level dining service in our Massachusetts communities. You will set and clear tables, take orders, and assist with meals for residents in a supportive team environment.

No prior experience is required and on‑the‑job training is provided. This is a full‑time role with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high levels of service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals and events.
• Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room areas and equipment.
