Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set tables completely before and after shift.
• Keep all areas clean and free of debris.
• Maintain tables, clearing dishes between courses and glassware.
• Clear and scrape dishes in the side stations after clearing tables.
• Stock side stations with linen and proper glassware.
• Explain bread service to guests after cocktails.
• Assist server by carrying orders to tables as needed.
• Refill water glasses and coffee cups as required.
• Make coffee when necessary.
• Maintain professional demeanor and assist servers.
• Reset tables and perform other duties as requested by the Food Server.
• Move tables to accommodate reservations.
• Provide dining room with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper supplies.
• Act as a role model to Harrah's staff.
