Qualifications

• Must be neat in appearance and possess pleasant personality.
• Physically strong and ability to balance a service tray on shoulder.
• Able to understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supply the dining room and individual tables with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments and paper supplies as needed.
• Remove dirty dishes, soiled linen, glassware and silver from table and counter tops, then carry items back to the dishwashing area.
• Refill water glasses and coffee cups upon request of the guests.
• May also assist waiter/waitress in carrying order to the tables.
• Replenish butter, condiments, coffee, tea and refrigerated items used in the dining room.
• Reset tables and perform other related duties as requested by the waiter/waitress.
• Make coffee when necessary.
