Responsibilities

• Maintain an adequate supply of china, silver, glassware, and other dining items at assigned stations.
• Set tables before and after shifts with proper sanitation.
• Escort guests professionally from podium to stations as needed.
• Assist wait staff to promote fast, courteous service to guests.
• Describe menu items accurately and know preparation times for guests.
