Job summary

7 For All Mankind in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, recruit and coach talent, and drive exceptional customer experiences while achieving store sales goals.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, store operations, and loss prevention, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with district partners to deliver ongoing coaching and merchandising excellence. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards.
• High level of initiative/self-starter.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and coach top talent while maintaining staffing levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by engaging customers.
• Build client relationships through in-store events and ongoing outreach.
• Oversee annual performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Manage store scheduling within established guidelines for proper coverage.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines and standards.
• Represent the brand in all customer interactions and ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies are followed and assist with audits.
