7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, customer service, recruiting, training, and maintaining store standards. You will supervise staff, enforce policies, and ensure strong customer engagement and sales performance.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing the team, driving payroll alignment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing our premium denim brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Ability to lead store team and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through styling.
• Set example for customer engagement that exceeds standards.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through outreach.
