Job summary

7 For All Mankind, a leader in premium denim, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and coach a dynamic team. You will assist the Store Manager in daily activities, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and maintain brand standards across the floor.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury retail sales and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to inspire the team and elevate client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience

Responsibilities

• Meet and drive store sales goals while supporting individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobe recommendations.
• Set an example for customer engagement exceeding industry standards.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through outreach and service.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating associates to maximize productivity.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations and policy implementation.
• Assist with payroll and ensure staffing meets business needs within guidelines.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Communicate employee relations and daily operations to the Store Manager and set personal development goals.
