Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor in Austin to support daily store operations, boost sales, and deliver premium customer experiences. You will help recruit, train, and coach staff while ensuring brand standards and policies are followed during all shifts.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve store goals, manage payroll within guidelines, and maintain a high level of customer engagement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling customers.
• Set the example for customer engagement to exceed industry standards.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach.
• Assist with training, coaching, developing and motivating associates.
• Assist leadership with store operations and policy communication.
• Help manage payroll and ensure coverage based on needs.
• Support directives from VM, Operations and Marketing, meeting deadlines.
• Communicate with management on employee relations and development.
• Represent the brand and ensure team embodies the brand in interactions.
• Ensure loss prevention policies are followed and assist with audits.
