Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Cocktail Server for on-site service within our Food & Beverage department. You will take guest drink and food orders, input them into the POS, and deliver beverages and meals with a focus on accurate orders and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have 1+ year bartending or 1+ year of food and beverage experience, and must be eligible to work in the United States. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year bartending or 1+ year F&B experience preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service of beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Take orders and input them into the POS system to inform the bartender.
• Deliver beverages and food with accuracy and proper condiments to guests.
• Adhere to all liquor regulations and restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at workstations and service areas.
