Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Server Assistant to join our Premium Clubs team. This role supports dining room operations, assists servers during events, and maintains a clean, welcoming environment that delivers a premium dining experience.

As a team member, you will set up rooms, buss and reset tables, and ensure water refills and supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in hospitality, food and beverage, clubs, or premium dining environments.
• Stadium/arena or fine dining experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English reading and writing communication skills.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, and events availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining rooms, tables, and bussing stations before guests arrive.
• Buss and reset tables, refill water, restock service supplies during events.
• Maintain clean dining areas, pantries, and workstations with safety standards.
• Support opening and closing responsibilities, including setup and breakdown.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Know venue amenities to assist guests with questions and directions.
• Support other Premium Club locations as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
