Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA is hiring a part-time Premium Club Food & Beverage Expeditor. You will quickly respond to orders and expedite food and beverages, communicating with the kitchen to ensure timely fulfillment for premium club guests.

The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and at least 1 year of expeditor experience or training. Weekly pay and benefits are provided, along with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of expeditor experience or training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Responsabilités

• Attend pre-shift briefing and note service details.
• Fulfill food and beverage orders quickly.
• Communicate with kitchen and in-seat runners.
• Answer guest questions on menu items.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers and management.
• Perform opening, mid and closing duties as outlined.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
