Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New Jersey seeks a Platinum Relationship Manager to retain and grow E*TRADE’s most valuable retail clients, delivering white-glove service and building trusted relationships. You will understand client investment goals and connect them with a full suite of Morgan Stanley products and services.

The role requires FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and at least one year of client service experience, with registration in all states.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of client service experience.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in all states and territories.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional client service to our highest value E*TRADE clients.
Providing comprehensive support including product education, trade facilitation and connecting E*TRADE clients with Morgan Stanley products and services.
Utilizing deep technical knowledge of futures and contracts trading and market analysis.
Addressing client issues with critical thinking and problem solving to deliver a world-class experience.
Acting as a liaison between internal support teams to ensure timely service needs are met.
Understanding all Morgan Stanley products and services and identifying opportunities to maximize value.
Focusing on bottom-line performance and improving sales, customer satisfaction and overall experience.
Mitigating risk by adhering to company policies and procedures.
