Job summary

Ghirardelli is hiring Retail Hourly Associates in San Francisco. Starting pay is $19.61 per hour plus tips. Store duties include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, candy making and delivering a premium guest experience in a world-class chocolate environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in San Francisco.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends.
• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance compliance.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 per SF ordinance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and product knowledge.
• Cashiering and credit card processing following company procedures.
• Stock merchandise and maintain clean, organized sales floor.
• Prepare and serve fountain items and assist in candy making as needed.
• Gift-wrap items and help with upsell opportunities.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, follow food safety guidelines.
