Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver premium in-store experiences and drive sales. You’ll combine product knowledge with outstanding service to engage customers across shifts.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, handling cash and POS duties, stocking shelves, and ensuring compliance with QA policies. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with QA policies.
• Move and stock shelves, monitor pricing and date codes.
