Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience across Lindt shops in the United States. You will deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and help customers select confections that delight and surprise.

This role requires a positive, self-motivated team member able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent; compensation ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, with potential bonus

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving or exceeding sales plan through customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals (ADS, conversion, KPIs).
• Model Lindt standards in dress, up-selling and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and report customer or product issues to management promptly.
• Own and participate in maintaining operational standards and controls.
