Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center seeks a professional, energetic catering server to join our Premium team for event-based, part-time work in Dallas. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, create memorable guest experiences, and support seamless event execution with attention to detail.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. TABC and ServSafe certifications are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in hospitality or related field preferred.
• TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate food and beverage service at events.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams for timely meal delivery.
• Set up event spaces and stock service stations; maintain clean areas.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized dining area during events.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Follow Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and safety standards.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Catering Server to join our Premium team. This event-based, part-time role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and seamless event execution.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional food and beverage service while exceeding guest expectations.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery, including accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
• Prepare event spaces before guest arrival by setting tables, rolling silverware, stocking service stations, and ensuring all areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Maintain dining and service areas throughout events, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Follow all Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and comply with company food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, clubs, restaurants, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Previous stadium, arena, entertainment venue, or banquet experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
