Curio Wellness, a premium wellness brand, seeks a Patient Care Advisor (PCA) for the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa in Sikeston, MO. You will provide best-in-class guest service to medical cannabis patients, caregivers, and spa clients while educating on product benefits and assisting with purchases.

You will learn loyalty programs, manage inventory, and participate in a compliant, elevated retail experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or guest service considered an asset.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and patients with warmth and a smile.
• Assist patients with product education, selection, and purchasing.
• Learn POS system and SOPs, ensure accurate and compliant transactions.
• Maintain inventory, price tags, and online/menu accuracy.
