Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group in Boston’s Financial District is seeking a friendly Cafe Attendant to deliver exceptional service at the Convene Aries Club. You’ll prepare cafe offerings, educate guests about products, and maintain a high-end, welcoming environment for members and event guests.

Full-time role with 7:30 AM–4:00 PM hours, occasional early starts for events, and a compensation of $18.00/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services.
• Maintain high product standards and elevated service.
• Routinely prepare espresso and tea beverages.
• Greet guests with fast, friendly, personalized service and build rapport.
• Ring sales into POS and complete transactions efficiently.
• Restock and clean cafe areas and equipment.
