Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate in Alpharetta to deliver an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and Western enthusiasts. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, handle cash wrap, restock and keep the floor stocked and inviting.

You'll work with the store leadership team to maintain a premium environment, demonstrate exceptional service standards, and participate in ongoing training to grow selling skills, teamwork, and product expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused with strong selling and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about Tecovas products and brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and greet customers.
• Assist with product knowledge, sizing, and upselling techniques.
• Handle cash wrap, receive shipments, restock and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Contribute to loss prevention and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support leadership with in-store events and product education.
