Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate to support the store leadership team and deliver an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will handle greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking and shopkeeping on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, executing premium services (branding, debossing, boot shines), assisting with shipments, stockroom organization, and ongoing staff education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, sell, and provide product knowledge on the sales floor.
• Handle cash wrap, restocking and general shopkeeping tasks.
• Support shipment receiving, stockroom organization, and stock transfers.
• Maintain high service standards and participate in ongoing team education.
