Job summary

The Logan Philadelphia is seeking a Bell/Valet Associate to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and support Doorman in moving guests to the lobby for registration. You will explain valet procedures, provide directions, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include meeting guests arriving by car or other transportation, parking vehicles securely, noting any existing damage, and offering proactive help across hotel services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Fluent English and basic customer service skills.
• Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all guests in all forms of transportation arriving at the hotel.
• Assist guests with retrieving their luggage from vehicles.
• Explain valet parking procedures and fees.
• Give directions to registration area for check-in.
• Park vehicles securely and note guest name, license plate, and location.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests as needed.
• Respond to guest questions about transportation and hotel services.
• Assist Doorman in escorting guests and luggage to the lobby for registration.
