The Bartender is responsible for serving all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15, plus tips.

• Demonstrate ability to meet the company's standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus, providing service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Learn about various beer, wine, spirits, and suggestively upsell products.
• Pour drinks responsibly according to standards.
• Verify guest IDs in accordance with regulations.
• Communicate cut-off times to guests as required.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed.
• Resolve issues or seek management assistance when necessary.
• Handle cash accurately and manage the issued bank.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained work station.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and organization of the cooler.
