Compass Group USA, Levy Restaurants in Cincinnati, is seeking a courteous bartender to deliver beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will set up bars, mix drinks, check IDs and handle transactions while maintaining stock and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include enforcing liquor regulations, greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring accurate cash handling, and presenting drinks according to recipes to provide a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Maintains stock, garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner and takes drink orders.
• Practices prudent portion control and presents drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks IDs and enforces liquor laws as trained.
• Receives cash, makes change, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations to prevent service to minors or intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, garnishes and glassware.
• Maintains bar stock and ensures fresh garnishes and perishables.
• Greet guests, take orders and mix drinks per standard recipes.
• Verify IDs, process payments and manage cash handling.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, arrange displays attractively.
