Job summary

Sodexo Live is seeking a Premium Bartender (Tipped) for events at Benaroya Hall in Seattle. The role involves crafting quality cocktails and beverages to enhance guest experiences at various client sites, including lounges, stadiums, offices, and campuses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of related bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• If applicable, holds an appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in the work location.
• Mixology certifications/training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create classic and innovative cocktails, selecting proper glassware and garnishes; educate customers about the menu.
• Take orders and serve drinks, advising on beverages based on customer preferences.
• Maintain the bar area: keep it neat, sanitary, stocked with ice, beverages, fruit, and glassware; clean utensils.
• Comply with beverage laws and verify age requirements for alcohol.
• May supervise staff as directed by onsite management.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliably.
• Other duties as needed based on account requirements.
