Job summary

The Biltmore Hotel is seeking a dedicated banquet server to service all banquet events while maintaining the highest standards. You will follow the Biltmore SOPs, ensure timely setup of dining ware, and provide impeccable service throughout service times.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and be able to communicate in English; Spanish fluency is a plus. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English; Spanish fluency is desired.
• Must have basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in proper uniform.
• Set up china, glass and silverware according to guidelines.
• Provide exceptional service during meal service and observe captain signals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Support other duties as assigned.
