Jet Aviation in St. Louis, MO seeks a Line and Ramp Agent to support aircraft ground operations, crews, and passengers with safety and outstanding service.

You will join a fast-paced, team-driven environment at our on-site FBO location, working closely with clients, passengers, and colleagues to ensure smooth flight operations. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling within a dynamic 24/7 operation, with training lasting 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and responsible attitude.
• Basic English communication (B1+).
• Customer-service orientation and reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, outdoors.
• Prior ramp or line experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations: fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service to passengers and crews.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety standards.
• Supporting a safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
